One year after our launch, the PENZONE app just keeps getting better!
For those of you who don’t know, we have an app! The PENZONE Salons + Spas app is available for FREE in both the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store.
The most redeeming features are easy scheduling, ability to earn rewards on your retail purchases, instant promo alerts and ability to customize e-gift cards with photos. If you need further convincing, read more about our app here.
For those of you who are old pros with the PENZONE app, we’ve recently updated it with a few pretty fancy features that will enhance your experience with it and with us. Read on for more details!
Retail Rewards in Messages
No more searching for your reward email at checkout! Retail Rewards are now stored in your app messages, so it’s easy to see:
- How many rewards you have earned.
- If your rewards have been used.
- When your rewards expire.
As a quick refresher, you can earn a $25 Retail Reward for the brands you love. Purchase 5 qualifying retail items and cash your reward in on any product brand represented in your last five purchases. (A qualifying purchase means a non-discounted product or tool (both hair + spa) that is at least $15.) If you’re not participating in this, you totally should! Free salon products? YES, please!

Quicker Check In
We’re rolling this feature to PENZONE Dublin first. With this, you’ll be able to ditch the line at check-in and D-I-Y! Follow these steps for an instant check in.
- Download the latest update for our app.
- The day of your appointment, make sure your phone settings allow the PENZONE app to use your location and that your bluetooth is on.
- When you get to the Dublin salon (availability at all other salons coming soon!) open your PENZONE app and a push notification will ask you if you want to check in.
- Click “Check In Now” and you’ll see a notification letting you know that you’ve been successfully checked in.
- Go ahead and take a seat, or use that extra time to grab yourself a drink at the bar before your service 😉
