Within your first few steps into our Gahanna location you will see elements of the new PENZONE. Immediately upon entering, you’ll check-in for your appointment using our digital kiosks. You can then grab a free-sip or check out our incredible selection of drinks and snacks at the bar – think wine, beer, specialty coffee, or grab a snack or even an entire meal by Cameron Mitchell Premier Events to power up or tie you over until you get home.

Explore our retail selection filled with our favorites like Bohindi jewelry, jade rollers, and of course haircare for every texture, style, and color. Then meet your enlightened, daring, focused and strong artist or therapist who will be performing your service.
