Our new salon + spa concept will open this fall!
Dear Guests,
If you haven’t already heard, we moved our entire team of about 125 artists, therapists, and guest experts to our PENZONE Pop-Up at our original Dublin Salon! It’s been incredible to see our team join together and support one another during this time. The support from you, our guests, has been fantastic, too!
The fact that our flagship concept is right across the parking lot from our PENZONE Pop-Up has been especially advantageous. Our artists are able to pop over to see the inner workings of new features and our guests are even able to see a preview of what to expect when their home salon reopens.
We’re so excited to bring our new concept to Polaris Parkway! As we introduce the new concept at our existing salon locations, we’re excited to bring elements of the new concept while also introducing elements unique to each location. Here’s a little preview of what to expect at the new PENZONE Polaris.
A MORE OPEN FLOORPLAN
When you visit PENZONE Polaris, you’ll step right into our Social Room. This is the central point of our entire salon. You’ll enjoy time here before your appointment, potentially process your hair color here (while enjoying a glass of wine or bite to eat – more on that later), and hang here after your appointment. We’ve come to love this space and the community it creates for our team and our guests.
MANIS + PEDIS COMBINE
Our manicure and pedicure experiences have joined forces in one room. For those who don’t know, these services previously presided in their own private places. What excites us the most about this is that our Dual Mani/Pedi Services will be available!
LATHER LOUNGE
Instead of closed-off stations in our hair area, we’re opening the floorplan up to allow for more community and collaboration back in the hair area. Not to worry, we’ve figured out the acoustics to make sure you can still have that so important chat sesh with your favorite hair pro! We’re also excited to bring the Lather Lounge to Polaris. Think dim lighting, soothing music, aromatherapy towels, even complimentary massage. Relaxed just reading about this? We can’t wait for you to experience it! Did we mention, we’ll have a few completely lay-down chairs for total relaxation?
BEAUTY ZONE
Like Dublin and Short North, our Beauty Zone is front and center and it’ll be part of the welcome zone here at Polaris. The service offering here is all about fast, results-oriented skincare – and you guessed it – right out in the open! The Beauty Zone offers plenty of opportunities for a quick brow arch, lash tint, or if you have more time, even a facial or dermaplane service. We’re making self-care and skin care totally accessible. Plan to make it part of your visit, Polaris guests!
TRY ME
A new feature of our welcome zone includes plenty of play. Our “Pucker Up” Lip Bar will certainly be part of this display. Here, you can also test and try other new products and get inspired to change up your beauty routine.
PATIO HANGS
Did you check out the rendering of our amazing patio above? This area will be an amazing oasis to enjoy for guests and team members alike. We envision patio parties and a ton of enjoyment. After all – what’s better than a gorgeous Ohio day?
SIPS + SNACKS
And did we mention, there will be wine! Our Social room will be THE spot to grab an artfully crafted Crimson Cup latte, cabernet, or even a cold-pressed juice clean cocktail! And there’s no need to be hangry if you’re coming to us straight from work – we’ll have plant-based and protein-plus grab-and-go food options for your enjoyment!
We anticipate the new salon will be up and rolling this fall. We’ll keep you all posted of updates in the time between now and then. It’s safe to say you’ll be all set to enjoy your pre- and post-holiday self-care routine at the new PENZONE Salon + spa Polaris! We’re so excited for this concept to come to you in just a few short months!
