Jena manages The Grand Salons and MAX THE SALON brand identities and leads the strategy behind all company campaigns, promotions, PR, social media and events. Jena joined The Charles Penzone team in 2007 and has held roles as Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Team Leader and Associate Director of Marketing + Communications.

Jena spends her free time volunteering as Event Coordinator for Girls on the Run of Franklin County, loves to bake, travel, run marathons and spend time with her husband, Ryan, and chocolate lab, Roscoe.
