A few years ago, I found myself busier than ever. As President of The Charles Penzone Salons, board member of several organizations, and volunteer, I felt like I was endlessly running on to the next thing and never felt like I was the best version of myself.

I was ready to make a change and truly be the best version of me I could be. That’s when I began working with Jan, holistic health counselor, owner of Jan Your Coach and now a published author! I soaked up every suggestion Jan made about my exercise choices, my food choices and my overall lifestyle choices. It certainly wasn’t easy but looking back on it, but I’m a big believer that it was one of the best choices I’ve ever made.

Since my time with Jan, I’ve become healthier, stronger and have embraced the changes I made as a lifestyle, not just a diet. Jan was a huge motivator behind some lifestyle choices I have made, including becoming a vegan and fresh-juice-loving yogi.
