INTERN - Eligible students at participating schools have the opportunity to observe + learn with our experienced Hair Artist Mentors.
APPRENTICE - Work one-on-one with our PENZONE Hair Artists Mentors inside a PENZONE Salon + Spa. Candidates for this role are either recent Cosmetology or Technical School graduates seeking more technical training + experience to enhance their skills.
HAIR ARTIST IN TRAINING - Work behind the chair with real guests at the PENZONE Salon + Spa New Artist Concept at BASE ONE. This program is designed to enhance skills + timing for artists who have some existing experience + confidence in working with guests. Candidates for this role are either recent Cosmetology school graduates or hair artists who have some experience working behind the chair.
EXPERIENCED HIRE - Have experience behind the chair but looking for a change + the support of an award-winning salon brand? You'll fit right in at PENZONE! You'll interview with one of our Creative Educators to determine your path. During your onboarding, you'll get all the support and training you might need + will learn our brand protocols, all to get you behind one of our chairs confidently + ready to take on guests.
